At the Talichet Homeowners Association, our mission is to manage the community’s affairs with integrity and responsibility diligently. We are committed to upholding the best interests of our residents through prudent financial stewardship, preserving and enhancing the quality of life, and safeguarding property values. We focus on fostering a welcoming and connected community where every member feels a strong sense of belonging and pride in our shared neighborhood.
I have been an Active Realtor in Florida since 2015, currently with Preferred Real Estate Brokers in Clermont Florida. For the past two years I have been in Professional Coaching for the top 1% of Realtors in North America. Retired Store Manager Publix Supermarket 2003-1012 As a member of the Board Realtors Association of Lake and Sumter Country I have been on several Committees and currently the chair for Community Awareness.
I have lived in Talichet since September 2021, after living in Apopka for about 4 years. I am originally from Maryland and am currently a virtual teacher with Lake County Virtual School where I teach Health, PE, and electives. I currently serve as the chairman of Howey Parks & Recreation board, and am a member of the Howey Planning & Zoning Board as well. You will most likely see me walking my dog, Romeo, in the early morning and sometimes in the evening when I'm out and about in the community. I look forward to working with the current board of directors and making our community better for everyone.
I have lived in Talichet since August 2023. I am originally from England. My husband Bob and I moved here from Wilmington NC where we owned a bagel shop. We have owned many businesses together and are now mostly retired. In NC I was very involved in the community and served on the community association board as secretary and treasurer and also published a monthly newsletter. We enjoy boating and travelling and love our Florida lifestyle.
